He has been working with multinational and Indian corporations like Honda, Bechtel, Reliance and Jindal & has 25 years of experience. He has headed finance function and contributed across business functions including through strategy, profit planning, cost reduction, fund raising, risk management, tax planning, bulk procurement & IT along with other routine finance functions. He has handled large teams & projects investments of greater then Rs. 1000 crore like integrated stainless steel plant & mega town ship under JV of Reliance & HSIIDC.
He has been instrumental for change management and augmented controls automation through IT. He is polymorphous in thoughts and flexible in action to achieve results. He has worked with different cultures and adept himself by learning and using Japanese concepts of Total Quality Management and Six Sigma approach in every business function. He believes to convert every process & activity in numbers to measure productivity & efficiency.
